The Taj-Mah-Tent is 2,000+ Sq Ft of portable shade where all of the assembly is completed on the ground. Once assembled the entire structure is raised up ~13 feet into the air where the canopy is secured with locking pins for the during of use.
All of the columns are 6″ x 6″ aluminum tubes. The center scissor trusses make the large span of 50 feet and stand approximately 9 feet tall when the canopy is resting on the ground.
All structural items were fabricated from Aluminum and TIG welded together. Small 110v electric hoists were used on each corner of the assembly to raise the canopy into position.
